With a focus on local produce and stunning sparkling wines we have created this bubbly weekend. 

Includes: 2 nights accommodation at The Royal Mail Hotel – Dunkeld in a Mountain View room, set against the stunning backdrop of the Grampians, this award-winning hotel is a food and wine paradise.  Friday evening enjoy a Bubbles tasting in the Royal Mail Cellar before a casual dinner at the Parker Street Project. On Saturday, breakfast at leisure before leaving on our day tour with a visit to the region’s original wine-making pioneers at Best’s and then Seppelt Great Western, take an underground tour of the heritage-listed cellars “The Drives” – first excavated in 1868 and the longest in the southern hemisphere. This historic bubbly winemaker is having a renaissance, recognised as one of Australia’s top sparkling houses in Tyson Stelzer’s 2018 Australian Sparkling Report, we get to taste and experience this with a tour and lunch before returning to the hotel for an afternoon rest, awaiting our champagne and sparkling matched five course dinner in the Private Dining Room at the 2-chef hatted Wickens restaurant. Sunday morning, enjoy breakfast at leisure before making your own way home.

You need to make your own transport arrangements to arrive at The Royal Mail Hotel in Dunkeld between 3pm – 6pm on Friday 16 July and depart at your leisure on Sunday 18 July after check out at 11am. Transport for the day tour on Saturday 17 July is included.
