Price: 

Except in the clear case of error, the prices payable for THE BUBBLES REVIEW courses and memberships are as set out on this website at the time when you place your order. All our prices are inclusive of tax at the rates in force at the time. 

We accept the following methods of payment for a purchase: 

  • Visa and MasterCard credit card; and 
  • Visa and MasterCard  debit card. 

Payment will be charged to your card upon making your purchase. 

Payment will be processed using the services of Pay Pal or Stripe on a secure website linked to this Website. 

You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the bank/card issuer. 

THE BUBBLES REVIEW reserves the right to refuse credit/debit card payments in our reasonable discretion. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method. 

Refund Policy: 

From the date of your purchase or from the course start date, you will have access to THE BUBBLES REVIEW course or individual class for the purchased period.  It is your own responsibility to access the site to participate in the class or course.  No refund will be given for any unused classes. 

You must advise THE BUBBLES REVIEW within 7 days if you have any technical difficulties in accessing the site. See Technical Issues for more details. 

Limited Liability: 

Any conditions or warranties that may be implied into these terms and conditions by any law for your benefit that can lawfully be excluded are agreed to be excluded to the extent permitted by law. 

In the event that we are found liable for breach of any implied warranty or condition that cannot be excluded by law, then our liability is limited, at our choice, to one of the following: 

  • the supply of the service again; or 
  • the payment of the cost of having the Product service again, and in no circumstances whatsoever will our liability exceed the actual amount that you have paid to us for the service 

Technical Issues:

If you are having any difficulties in accessing the site to view your course you should contact us for assistance immediately.  After your initial email confirmation you must advise THE BUBBLES REVIEW within 7 days if you have any difficulties in accessing the site. 

You must have internet access to access the program online.  THE BUBBLES REVIEW is not responsible for any fault or lack of internet connection of its customers that may cause lack of access to THE BUBBLES REVIEW. 

In the event that access to THE BUBBLES REVIEW website or course is not available for you to access and access is not available for 30 Days or more during your course dates, and this is due to a fault or technical issues that relate to THE BUBBLES REVIEW website then, in this case, a refund may be offered or an extension of access to the course can be provided. 

Force Majeure: 

THE BUBBLES REVIEW is not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, pandemic, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity service.
