Sparkling Soprano Soirée
An evening of elegance with perfectly matched Champagne, Sparkling Wine, Canapés, and Opera Serenades.
Step into a world of effervescence and opulence as you indulge in a curated selection of bubbly discoveries of five different cuvées including champagnes and sparkling wines from vineyards in Australia and around the world. The Bubbles Review Founder Natalie Pickett will guide you through a tasting journey, revealing the nuances and complexities of each bubbly delight. Each wine is matched with a degustation menu of canapés and an Aria!

The Bubbles Review presents – A Bubbly Soirée! Join us for a night of sparkling sophistication as we celebrate the joyful things in life at “A Bubbly Soirée.” This evening promises to be a bubbly social delight, featuring the exquisite pairing of sparkling wines including champagnes, Aussie sparklings and international sparklings perfectly matched with delectable canapés.

Champagne Tours
Would you like to join us in Champagne? Dates are now set for our tour to Champagne in September 2025 and 2026. These are small group tours, with visits to some of the great champagne houses. We are also planning a trip to Champagne for the Habits de Lumière in Epernay in December 2025. It will be 2 nights Reims to visit the Christmas markets, Cathedral and Le Grand Marque Champagne houses and 3 nights Epernay with Champagne house visits and join the Habits de Lumiere festivities.
